Have you ever used powdered sugar to make this? I think it would make a nice smooth texture.

This is awesome!! I love it!! 1st person I can understand everything of the recipe!!! :D
Hello Manjula, I prepared Peda for this diwali, a modified version of yours, i used i can (14oz) of sweet condense milk instead of 1) 3/4 cup milk powder 2) 3/4 cup milk 3) 1/2 cup sugar and it turned out to be just as yummy as yours look, thank you for your recipe they are all mind blowing :):)
Hi Aunty, I tried this sweet for this dewali.. I used a milk powder.. Only after adding that i found that it had some sugar in it... and i did not get the final consistency as yours..it became a bit sticky.. is it because of the milk powder or is it because of some other reason?
Aunty.. The sweet is really very nice. I have prepared with the combination of 300ml milk (to mix milk powder, sugar and Kowa), 125 gm milk powder, 150gm Sugar (but I prefer 125-130gm of Sugar) and 1litre of milk to make paneer. I used 3.5% milk. Really came very well and a suggestion is refrigerate overnight after making peda. It came very well.
Hi Aunty, I wanted to know if we could add some fresh cream also along with the milk?
@MrKishoreS I have never used the store bought kowa, give it a try.
